1. Orders

Placing an order through this website is a request. Your order is confirmed once I have reviewed it and payment has been completed. I will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and arrange payment.

Confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks, unless I let you know otherwise.

I ship internationally. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.

Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are your responsibility. I have no control over those.

2. Prices and payments

All prices shown include applicable taxes.

I accept various payment methods including credit and debit cards, iDEAL, PayPal and bank transfer. Please make sure your payment details are correct when placing an order.

If there's a pricing error on my end, I may need to cancel or adjust your order. I'll always contact you first.

3. Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days and send me a photo. I'll do my best to make it right, whether that's a replacement, refund or another solution.

To qualify for a return, the item needs to be in its original condition and packaging. Please pack it carefully for the return. If packaging is inadequate and the work is damaged as a result, I may need to deduct up to 50% from the refund.

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and made by hand. Because of that, originals can only be returned if they arrived damaged or don't match what you ordered.

A note on colour: screens vary, and the colours you see on your device may look slightly different from the physical painting. I'd encourage you to ask me for extra photos or a short video before purchasing if colour accuracy is important to you. Once payment is made, colour differences between screen and canvas aren't grounds for a return.

Prints can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

I understand that buying art online requires trust. If something feels off, just talk to me. I'd rather find a solution together than hide behind a policy.

4. Delivery issues

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address on your end, you'll need to cover the cost of re-delivery. If the mistake was mine, I'll take care of it.

If a package arrives at a pickup point and isn't collected in time, you'll need to arrange a new delivery.

5. Copyright

All artwork on this website is protected by copyright. Buying a piece means you own the physical work, but not the rights to the image. Please don't reproduce or use my work commercially without asking first.

6. Commissions

For commissions, we'll agree on subject, size, medium and price before I start. Most commissions take 4–12 weeks.

A deposit is required to begin. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for reasons unrelated to my work. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

If I'm unable to complete the work as agreed, you'll receive a full refund.

The return conditions in section 3 apply to commissions as well.

7. Liability

I do my best to show my work accurately and describe it honestly, but I can't guarantee everything on this site is perfect at all times. You use the website at your own risk.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If something goes wrong, I hope we can sort it out directly. If we can't, Dutch courts will have jurisdiction.
